Privacy

This is a short, plain-English summary of how Everest United FC handles the personal details you share with us through this website.

What we collect

When you use the sign-up, kids training, or contact forms, we collect the details you type in — for example your name, email or mobile number, and any message you write. For the kids training form, we also collect your child's name and age.

What we use it for

We use these details only to get in touch with you about the thing you asked about: joining the club, kids training, volunteering, sponsorship, or your message to us.

Who sees it

Form submissions are emailed to the club committee. We don't sell or share your details with anyone outside the club, and we don't use them for marketing you haven't asked for.

Children's photos

We never publish a child's name alongside their photo on this website or our social media.

Keeping your details

We keep your details only as long as we need them to respond to you or run the training season you signed up for.
